About Electric Prod (Super Quality)
The Electric Prod is a weapon in ARK: Survival Evolved useful for stunning humans and creatures. Using the Electric Prod on humans or creatures inflicts a massive amount of Torpor. It can instantly knock out smaller creatures and humans who aren't wearing Riot Armor. The Electric Prod can only deal one hit at a time. After hitting a target with the Prod, it will break. To make it function again, it needs to be refilled with 8 Angler Gel at the Fabricator. Upon hit, Electric Prod inflicts 1 physical damage and 266 torpor. Despite being a melee weapon, the amount of torpor is not influenced by character melee damage modifiers, levels, or food buffs. It is influenced by the damage % of the weapon or blueprint. Armor, however, reduces the amount of torpor received.
